How do I know what size shirt to order?
The shirts are true to size. This means that if you normally wear a large then you should probably order a large. Most of our shirts are 100% cotton so they might shrink. It's even more noticable if you use a dryer. We always tell people that if you try the shirt on and you like the way it fits then try not to dry it.This will not only minimize shrinking but it will also help your shirts last longer. But if you have any questions about this please feel free to contact us.
Are there any special washing instructions?
Not really. Other than not drying them you can wash the shirts the same way you would any other cotton shirt. Again, if you are worried about the shirt shrinking or if you just want them to last as long as possible then it’s recommended to wash them in cold water and hang-dry.
Can I be notified when you release a new design or restock a current design?
Of course. When you place an order you will automatically be placed on our email list which will keep you updated on any new products, restocks, sales and/or promotions. If you haven’t placed an order and you would still like to receive updates then just email us and let us know that you would like to be added to the list. If you decide that you do not want to be contacted you can simply email us back and ask to be excluded from future emails and we will gladly remove your email address from our database.
How long does it take for shirts to arrive?
It usually takes 3-10 business days from when you place your order to when it is delivered. We try to process orders within 24 hours and depending on where you are located it can take anywhere from 2-8 days to reach you. We always try to keep you informed and if there are any problems or delays in your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
For domestic orders shipping and handling will always be a flat rate of $5.00 ($1.00 for small items). It doesn’t matter if you order one item or fifty items you will only pay $5.00.
For Canada, shipping and handling will be a flat rate of $10.00 ($4.00 for small items). Again, it doesn't matter how many items are ordered it will only be $10.00 for shipping.
Unfortunately this means that we cannot offer any extra shipping options such as rush shipping. But if you find yourself in a situation that calls for a special shipping method please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we can only ship within the United States and Canada. If we receive a high demand to ship internationally we will definitely look into expanding the shipping.
Can I change my order?
If you realize that there is an error in your order please contact us immediately. We will do our best to fix it but please keep in mind that orders that have already been processed cannot be changed. If your order has been processed and you would like to change it then you can simply send it back once you receive it and we will do our best to get you what you need.
Where did the name Two Dogs And A Bear come from?
The name actually originated when we heard the words “two dogs and a bear.” The person who said those words and the context will remain private but it is something that has always stuck with us over the years. There was just something about the phrase that stood out and when it came time for us to rebrand the company it was the only name that seemed appropriate. Two Dogs And A Bear is unique and memorable, which is important, but it’s also vague and a little mysterious. These qualities are important to us because we feel that it will add to the brand experience and it doesn’t confine us to one type of product. This is vital as we are planning to branch out and offer a diverse range of products.
Is there any way I can still get a shirt if I don’t have any money?
Of course, we will give shirts and other products away for different promotions or contests. If you aren’t on the email list, you can contact us and we’ll add you to it. Then you will receive emails for all of the upcoming promotions and/or contests.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal. If you don’t have a credit card or PayPal account then you can contact us and we might be able to work something out with a different form of payment.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although you may use your PayPal account if you have one.
What is your return policy?
In general, items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. If you need to return or exchange an item please mail it to the address below along with the packing slip, your contact information (name, address, email address, and phone number), a note describing the problem and if you would like a refund, exchange for another item, or credit towards another purchase. Please remember that for an item to be returned it must be unworn and not have sustained any damage from the customer.
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, or if the product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Please remember to include the product, the packing slip, your contact information and a note describing the problem.
If you ordered the wrong item and would like to return it for a different one just send it back with all of the required information along with a $5.00 ($10.00 for Canada) check or money order. This will cover the shipping charges to send you another item.
Refunds are available if that is what you would like. But again, the item must be unworn and not have sustained any damage. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Unfortunately we won’t be able to refund the shipping cost.
